My passion is helping people live a happier and healthier life, by equipping them with nutritional knowledge and practical ways to heal their bodies.

My Story

I grew up in England and my mother is a nutritionist and naturopath, so understanding the importance of nutrition has been an essential part of my life from a young age. After 20 years of traveling the world in the beauty and skincare industry, I decided to pursue my passion. I turned my attention back to my love of nutrition, and my desire for a lifestyle based on a healthy diet and healthy practices.

 

This decision was even more significant due to my own health struggles, which had been undiagnosed for many years. My autoimmune disorder left me battling searing migraines, brain fog, inflammation, and exhaustion, along with fertility issues. With the help of wonderful functional doctors, I was able to get to the root cause of these issues.

 

I began my healing journey with nutrition as the cornerstone of my recovery. As a result of the improvement in my energy levels and health, I was even more motivated to become a health coach. I want to give people the same lifestyle improvement that I have achieved.

I studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and became my own case study. I discovered that nutrition is so much more than just the food on our plates. There are many sources of nourishment that are important to our healing journey, including physical activity, self-care, creativity, joy, financial wellness, relationships, and spirituality.

 

By applying what I learned, along with good nutrition, I have been able to manage my own stress and anxiety through the pandemic, a divorce, a house move, and single parenting. Through these transitions, I have felt healthier and happier than ever before.

 

My mission is to spread health, happiness, and wellbeing, by giving you the tools to impact your life. This will create a ripple effect, e.g,, a healthy mother can teach her children, a healed friend can encourage and empower another.

 

Together, the victories we achieve each day will create the change that makes the difference in your health and wellbeing. We will journey through life transitions and make better lifestyle and nutritional choices, so that you can live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilled life.
